		<description>@Sara: Yeah the book had an impact on me also... It wasn&#039;t the easiest read, as it isn&#039;t like a lot of self help books that have motivating/actionable steps along the way. But it was very interesting, and it does make you question the way to think about most things!</description>

		<description>Stumbling on Happiness was both incredibly scary and surprisingly refreshing. It felt like it took some of the pressure off of me to make the &quot;right&quot; decisions. 

I definitely thought it was interesting that our brain will essentially create memories and knowledge that simply isn&#039;t accurate. Makes me think twice before arguing with my husband over what one of us said or didn&#039;t say!</description>
