It wasn't the easiest read, as it isn't like a lot of self help books that have motivating/actionable steps along the way. It felt like it took some of the pressure off of me to make the "right" decisions. I definitely thought it was interesting that our brain will essentially create memories and knowledge that simply isn't accurate. I definitely thought it was interesting that our brain will essentially create memories and knowledge that simply isn’t accurate. Makes me think twice before arguing with my husband over what one of us said or didn’t say!
