		<description>I&#039;ve seen that advice about exercise in many different places. But it&#039;s not a universal truth. Something like that, as with many other things, is highly personal. I myself exercise better when I do it at night, and I have no problem falling asleep or staying asleep when I exercise before bed. It is a way to relax and release all the tension of the day.</description>
